Where do I drop off my vehicle?
DownHome Detail works by appointment from a garage in Greenbrier. I will send the drop-off address and instructions when your appointment is confirmed.
Are you mobile?
No. Details take place at the garage, where I can focus on one vehicle at a time in a controlled environment.
How long will my detail take?
Most Express details take 1.5 to 2.5 hours, Standard takes about 3 to 5 hours, and Elite often takes 6 to 8 hours. Size and condition can change that estimate.
Can I wait while my vehicle is detailed?
The process is set up for drop-off and pickup. You can go about your day, and I will call or text when the vehicle is ready.
What should I remove from my vehicle first?
Please take out personal items and anything you need during the appointment. If there is a specific area you want me to focus on, mention it when you schedule.
What if my vehicle has heavy pet hair, staining, or odors?
Tell me about those areas before booking. I will assess the vehicle at drop-off and give you a clear quote before work begins. Elite includes deeper cleaning options for more involved interiors.
